Six goals

Your life changes. The app changes with you.

Periods, planning a pregnancy, pregnancy, the pill, PCOS or menopause: whatever you choose, the screen adapts to you.

Period tracking

Your cycle may not be 28 days. And that’s normal.

We calculate dates from your own cycles, not a general chart.

Cycle day 23

Next period: 10-14 Oct, most likely the 12th.

Your last 6 cycles lasted 27-31 days.

Based on science

Every decision has a reason.

The way LunaList works is based on scientific research. Here are five examples.

10-30 days

A date range, not one date

Every woman’s cycle is different, and it shifts a little each month. So LunaList shows your next period as a range of days and marks the most likely one.

A simpler screen for tired days

71.3% of women have pain during their period. Choose “Tired” and the screen gets simpler: one question, big buttons, fewer words.

28 days isn’t normal for everyone

Even for the same woman, cycle length changes by 4.2 days on average from month to month. LunaList learns what’s normal for you from your own cycles.

Where your information lives is no secret

18 of 25 popular cycle apps got a privacy warning. In LunaList it’s clearly written where your information is stored, and you can delete your account and all your information at any time.

Main buttons right under your thumb

About half of people hold their phone with one hand. That’s why the log button and main buttons sit at the bottom of the screen.

Daily summary

Whatever it tells you, it tells you why.

Based on your logs

The summary isn’t generic advice. It comes from your own logs. If there isn’t enough information yet, it says so: “still an estimate”.

No advice without a reason

Every summary has four parts: where you are, what to expect, why, and what it’s based on.

AI doesn’t know your name

For your daily tip, the last 7 days of logs are sent without your name or contact details.

If you need a doctor, it says so

The red warning only appears when seeing a doctor is recommended. A period a few days late is no reason to worry.

What

You might feel a bit tired over the next few days.

Why

In your last 3 cycles you logged tiredness between days 22 and 26.

Privacy

Where is your information? We tell you plainly.

Health information is the most personal kind. So we write facts, not promises: the app and our privacy policy say the same thing.

“Whatever an app knows about you, it should tell you too.”

Anonymous really means anonymous

Your name and photo are never shown to other users.

Download your logs

All questions
Is LunaList free?

Yes. Period and ovulation tracking, predictions, the daily summary, reminders, all six goals and the community are free, with no ads. LunaList Pro is an optional subscription that adds depth.

Where is my information stored?

On our servers, linked to your account, so your logs aren’t lost when you change phones. It is encrypted while sent over the internet. You can delete your account and all your information at any time.

How accurate are the dates?

LunaList shows a date range, not a single date: for example, “10-14 Oct, most likely the 12th”. It becomes more precise with every new cycle. Every estimate shows its reason, and when there is little information it says “still an estimate”.

Is this medical advice?

No. LunaList gives information, not a diagnosis, and does not replace a doctor. If it sees something in your logs that calls for a doctor, it tells you plainly. If you are worried, always see a doctor.
