Delete your account

1. Open the LunaList app
2. Go to Profile
3. Tap “Delete account” at the bottom of the page
4. Confirm

If you no longer have access to the app, email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject “Account deletion”. We action requests within 30 days.

• Profile details (name, email, age, weight, height)
• All health logs: cycle, symptoms, mood, sleep, medication
• Pregnancy, PCOS and menopause records
• Device and notification registrations

Your account is closed immediately and becomes inaccessible from the app. If you sign in again with the same Apple, Google or email within 14 days, the account is restored. After 14 days the data listed above is permanently erased from our servers. Guest (no-account) use cannot be restored.

Posts, comments, their edit versions and images you shared in the community are not erased: they are removed from public view and kept, together with the authorship link, in a restricted-access archive used only to answer lawful requests from law-enforcement authorities, for 3 years, after which it is permanently erased. Health data never goes into this archive.
