By downloading or using the LunaList app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

LunaList is a health tracking app that provides women with tools to track their menstrual cycle, pregnancy, mood, and general health.

LunaList is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice. Information in the app is for informational purposes only. Always consult a doctor for any health concerns.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of information in the app. Do not use the app for unlawful purposes.

Harassment, bullying, hate speech, promoting violence or self-harm, sexual content, sharing someone else's personal information, spam, advertising and false medical claims are not allowed in the community. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users: posts are checked automatically and by moderators, violating content is removed, and accounts receive warnings or are restricted temporarily or permanently. You can report any post, comment or user and block users; reports are reviewed within 24 hours. You can appeal a moderation decision from Account standing in the app. You are responsible for what you post and grant LunaList a non-exclusive licence to display it in the app. Do not share screenshots or the content of other members' posts and comments outside the app, and never try to identify the author of anonymous content (de-anonymize it). Violating this rule leads to your account being restricted.

All content, design, and code in the app belongs to LunaList and is protected by applicable laws. Copying, modifying, or distributing without permission is prohibited.

LunaList reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

LunaList Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks additional features, offered as 1-month, 6-month and 1-year plans. The price is shown in the store in your local currency before purchase. Some plans start with a free trial (for example, 1 week); unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription continues as a paid plan. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel the subscription in your store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased. Refunds are handled under Apple's or Google's policies. Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription automatically.

LunaList is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. The app is provided "as is".

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
